ELEO
One stack, one catalogue, every European market

The problem
A manufacturer of hand-forged metal pavilions and garden structures sells into Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy and the Netherlands. Each market needs its own domain, language, pricing and shipping rules, and the catalogue has to stay one catalogue: a product added once should appear everywhere it belongs, not five times by hand.
What the work covered
- One shared content and product structure feeding every market domain, so a change is made once.
- Per-market language, currency and shipping rules, including the countries where delivery terms differ from the German default.
- Custom order flows for configurable structures, where size, roof type and finish change both the price and what can be ordered together.
- Search setup that keeps the country versions from competing with each other: hreflang, canonicals and per-market sitemaps.
- A split between the WordPress sites that carry the brand and the Shopify shops that carry the fast-moving stock range.
Where it stands
The group runs eight domains that all answer today, with the editorial and product work concentrated in one place instead of five separate sites drifting apart.
